Why Eve, Why?

Ugh! I am in so much pain. I hate being a girl sometimes.  I started my period last night and  I am very hormonal.   At times, I wish I could just rip out my uterus to stop the pain.  Sorry for being so graphic.  I will try to give a warning  next time of contents of a graphic nature.  The only nice thing about this time of the month is that I am not so constipated.
This time of month also always makes me think of  Eve in the Garden of Eden being tempted  by the serpent into eating the apple.  I really feel that  God went overboard when handing out the punishment. I mean yes, she did a very bad thing. When God tells you don't do a certain thing, you DON'T DO IT! - No matter what anyone/anything  says.  But she did it, and I am very sure she was very sorry.  Just because she  ate the apple,  is it really necessary to punish all women? Couldn't God just take his wrath all out on her?  I mean what good is it to make women go through this every single month? I mean really.
